Emotion Defined...

Definitions:
"Something that causes a reaction" -http://dictionary.reference.com
"A conscious mental reaction subjectively experienced as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object" -http://www.merriam-webster.com
"Dates back to 1579, when it was adapted from the French word émouvoir, which means "to stir up". -http://www.merriam-webster.com

And my favorite definition of emotion:
"the driving force behind motivation" -http://en.wikipedia.org

Beyond anything, I have trained myself to anticipate, watch for, and capture real emotion. It is such a raw, and vulnerable thing. And at the same time, it is oh so beautiful!

Shannon and Alexa [the new Mr. and Mrs. Mack] had so many sweet moments of emotion. Yes, there are many "things" that made a wedding day special....the dress, the flowers, the decor, the food, the music....

But at the end of the day, it is the PEOPLE and emotion shared that is not only felt, but remembered!

Alexa and Shannon, THANK YOU for letting me be a part of your day. As you build upon your marriage as husband and wife, I encourage you to let your emotion of LOVE be the "driving force behind all of your motivations."
