...It's Who You Are With

Floating rubber duck games, yard bowling, family trivia, piggy back rides, and lots of high fives. Sounds fun right? Well add in 60 smiling faces [of all ages] and you get one heck of a good time!

Last week I had the opportunity to travel to Hayward, WI and partake in the Martiny Family Reunion. What a kind and fun loving bunch these folks were! Witnessing their simple fun was such a great reminder of the blessing of family. Even though they were surrounded by the beauty of Spider Lake, I have no doubt that this family would have enjoyed one anothers company no matter where they were. The saying holds true. Many times it's not WHAT you're doing that makes a moment special, but instead it's WHO you are with.

Thank you Martiny family, for inviting me to help document these memories. May you take joy in them for generations to come!!
