Meet Paul and Jess. We traveled back to Iowa City...where they not only met, but where they got engaged. Such a sweet story. The two of them setting in a cute and quaint restaurant called the Devotay. He asks for her hand. And now...soon to be man and wife! Can't wait for their special day next July!
