Giggling...Good For the Soul

Giggling…… laughing lightly in a silly manner….a high pitched bubbly way of laughing…..a series of hearty belly laughs…..Research shows that the simple act of laughing causes your body to release good-for-you endorphins that instantly increase the flow of oxygen to your heart and brain and boost your mood.
